This article was to show that the President broke political taboos in order to help promote his campaign. He made speeches that target the elite in the government for problems within the country. He knew about everything that he was doing, and this was wrong.
I feel that this President may not be the best choice for the upcoming election because if the President now is breaking laws, what will happen when he is elected? Having a leader who is strong is good, but they should also be ethical in government. It is easier to trust a person who is ethical than a person who is not.
This shows the political conditions of Iran as of now because the President, trying to be elected for his second term is trying to outline that it was not him who caused the country to suffer. He is trying to place the blame on judiciary officials, and he encourages that he will "achieve the aims sought by reformists." This also shows that there are corrupt officials in Iran who will do anything to keep their positions, just like this President.
