Main dishes usually have mutton meat boiled in a pot. Plates are usually served with noodles and eaten with the hand. Native cuisine includes eating herbs, spices, noodles, pilafs and kebabs. Some snacks can be served with the food, and sour cream is always included. Dungan people eat more spicy and diversified foods. They mainly eat vegetables and herbs.
